Open Access Statement

Journal of Communication and Computational Media is a fully open-access journal. All articles are freely available to read, download, and share under a CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license, with proper attribution to the authors.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Submission and peer review are free. A publication fee of ₹200 applies only to accepted articles, payable at the time of publication via QR code. After payment, authors email the payment screenshot to the editorial office, and the article is published once the payment is verified.

Peer Review Policy

The journal operates a double-blind peer review process. Author and reviewer identities are kept confidential throughout review.

Authorship

All listed authors must have made a substantial contribution to the work and approved the final manuscript. Any change to authorship after submission requires the written consent of all authors.

Research Misconduct & Retractions

The journal follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines. Cases of plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification are investigated and may result in rejection, correction, or retraction.

Conflict of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could be perceived to influence the work.

Generative AI Policy

Authors must disclose any use of generative AI tools in the preparation of a manuscript. AI tools cannot be listed as authors, and authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their work.

Copyright

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the article under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.

Archiving Policy

The journal is committed to the long-term preservation of its content through digital archiving and persistent DOIs for every published article.

DORA

The journal supports the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA) and discourages the use of journal-based metrics as a surrogate measure of the quality of individual research articles.
